gaula92: thanks! ;)

The solution from Toni looks doable for minimig also, I'll take a look at it. So in which games can the problem be seen?

EDIT: oh, I see in your message - Loom and Waxworks, right?

Yes. It's very noticeable in both, but a lot of games are affected other than those two: it's just that in these two it's very noticeable.

Thanks for the additional work to the keyboard-joystick emulation.
I will have another look at it and see if its fitting my handling.

This audio fix could be implemented in Minimig core.
But Minimig is attempt to be as close to the original hardware as possible. This hack would make the core act different to the original chipset with a (fast) CPU turbo board.
Therefor this its a question of: Should Minimig be most compatible or most able to fix bad written software?

boing4000: both things are possible, as this hack is supposed to be an option.

To my mind, absolute faithful imitation of the Amiga only needs to apply when Turbo is turned off. Turbo Minimig is already a non-standard configuration (there is no real Amiga model that fast with only a 68000, as opposed to '020 or above) so it's perfectly reasonable to hack around any problems that Turbo mode might cause.

I agree. It's not that just the CPU is faster, the chipset in turbo mode doesn't work like any real Amiga, so I'd say fixing problems in turbo mode is OK.

chaos,

I have loaded your pcb adapter gerber files and really could use a bill of materials to get the correct connectors. Can you please post a bill of materials for your DE1 joystick/mouse adpater pcb?

Chaos, thanks for the bill of materials.
I sent the gerbers out to fab 3 blank pcbs for myself.
I see the bill of material; however, do you have the manufacturer and part# for the micro-sd socket?

I don't, sorry. I used one from farnell, but the shopping list on the page didn't save properly. It shouldn't be too hard to find an appropriate one, the layouts should be pretty standard.
