|Post subject:||Snickerdoodle FPGA|
There is a new general purpose ARM+FPGA board in development.
A few days ago they reached their funding goal, and currently have 20 days left. Shipments are planned for March 2016.
Seems like the FPGA should be big enough to handle an Amiga chipset?
It looks like interesting experimenter board, lots of IO.
They have 2 main versions and a few base boards.
Dual-core ARM Cortex-A9, 667 or 866 Mhz
Xilinx Zynq-7010 (430k gates/17,600 LUT-6) or 7020 (1.3M gates/53,200 LUT-6)
512MB or 1GB Ram
802.11N Wifi, Bluetooth, USB, 154 or 179 IO pins
$60 or $145 (with US shipping)
$14 for header connectors & wires (for I/O without a basebaord)
$65 piSmasher baseboard (and "down" connectors): Ethernet, HDMI in & out, 68 IO on 0.1" headers
