@chaos, boing: Do you happen to know if there're any important fixes missing for the MiST? I tried to compare the versions but it seems that they differ in certain files. I tried the fix of this build since I was able to reproduce the bug with Spaceport and it seems to work (beside that the helicopter didn't flew high enough to proceed with the game. but this could just be me ;) ) -> https://github.com/wsoltys/mist-board/c ... 8f1c137cd0

Seems you already did it ;) Spaceport is working right, when the helicopter is able to fly.
It must not crash instandly at take off.
A crash at any pixel collision of an object or landscape in fly mode is ok.

Hi, is FSB140414 the latest firmware for a standard 2mb minimig rev 1.1 with no arm controller?

If so, are the instructions posted here http://minimig.net/viewtopic.php?p=108#p108

still valid for upgrading it?

Hi, the mentioned core is the current available one, also for PIC with PGL100818 firmware.
It also works for the expanded 4MB RAM boards.

The linked procedure is to update the PIC chip using a serial link and matching software.
This will require the existing "tiny bootloader" part inside the PIC flash, otherwise a RS232 update is impossible.
