Here is the final combination of the latest results:
FPGA Core FSB130321 feature:

- removed POTGO register. All game should work as before -> Asterix game is not supported and can not read RMB <-
- added MRobinsons' 9Bit RS232 protocol extension for Stunt Car Racer
- added a few function to make AR3 more stable at Turbo mode and reset

This is the 49MHz CPU clock core version. If your board show trouble in Turbo mode, let me know. Some new sefmade Minimig board may not work with it possibly due to changes in 68SEC000 production charge.

Sources and core binary is included in the archive.
Have fun with Minimig :)

Great! Tomorrow some friends come to me and then we make a gaming-session on the Minimig, using this core.

@boing4000: looking good and stable so far. I've been playing a good while to Nicky Boom this morning with this new core in TURBO mode and seems to work fine, at least with that game. I will go on testing other games in the next days.

Sounds good. The general Turbo mode has not changed.
Only at a 3-key or kickstart reload reset the Normal (7.09MHz) mode is active by force.
This will help AR3 to place its interrupt vector-table and solve some random "bootloader overjump" while kickstart reload.
At least it appeared here sometimes on 2 Minimig boards and is gone now.

I tested about 50 games until now with this core. No new problems found, so far.

Hi,
I don't know if it is FPGA core-related or a different problem, but I can't start "Darkmere".

Tried various configs, PAL/NTSC, I re-downloaded ADF file (cr HDL) but nothing: after the intro I got a black screen.
I'm on a Minimig 1.1 4Mb PIC... some suggestions?

I will take a look at this title, never used before ;)

Please also try different memory size (say 512kb Chipmem and/or no Slowmem) and Kickstart version.
Some title are a bit strange coded and require "special" settings.

PIC firmware seems to be more compatible at Floppy 2x Speed setting.

My initial setup was 512Kb Chipmem + 512Kb Slowmem, 1 drive at 2X and kickstart 1.3.
I've tried different configs about memory, drives and speed. I've tried kickstart 3.1, PAL and NTSC but nothing... :(

Problem seems to be the PIC firmware or its internal drive timing.
With ARM Controller this game loads at every Chipset, memory and drive settings.
With PIC the loader freez a few tracks after exiting the cracktro.

Im sorry to say that I can not help out in this matter.
PIC flash rom also is used to its limit and possibly this problem can not be fixed.
