How can I install WB on the HDF? 'copy df0:#? to dh0: all clone' it is OK?

That's one way. The stream line method is to use the install disk. Depending on the version of AmigaOS and the kickstart of course. I don't think WB1.3 has an install disk. Correct me if I'm wrong.

while it is equal with the 68000 emulation, right? ;)

I can't say that for sure.
In general the WinUAE still has an emulated 68000 while MinimigV1 board has a real and original 68(SEC)000 cpu.
The real cpu is in all case 100% compatible, while a software cpu may act different even if all machine code and possible condition has implemented.
This must not be a software bug but also a hard-bug in the real 68000 chip core (like FDIV bug in first Pentium).
But if Amiga software never use such strange ways like illegal instruction in the 6502 (C64), the emulation will work for all title.

In short terms: A software cpu is only as compatible as it has been programmed. Possibly some weird combination still may act different to a real cpu.

Hey, the second picture is from "FIGHTIN SPIRIT". A cool beat-em-up on the Amiga. I have the original Disks here, bought back then in the 90`s when the game came out.
