I used the one in this thread.
And the Minimig you modified w/o the numlock (Dark blue boot screen).

The first time, I did not know how to create a bootable disk and wanted to try amigabasic.
So I took one bootable disk named 'boing.adf'. Deleted a couple of files before copying that file.
I used Aexplorer and drag&drop amigabasic. Both ways corrupted the disk when full. The Aexplorer
copied over the serial line did not screw the disk. The file is attached.

I try to reproduce your way but I dont have the Aexplorer at hand.
A try to copy the amigabasic file to this disk failed, this file will not fit the attached boing.adf (normal disk full requester appear).

Even now while the attached .adf file is full, its still able to boot. But if you mean about "Please insert volume L in any drive" and following "Error validating disk BOING Unable to load disk validator" requester, this is normal if there is no "L:Disk-Validator" file present. Therefor this image stay "damaged" until it has been validated again. Kickstart 2.x/3.x provide an internal disk validator, this kind of request never will appear there.
Perhaps the Aexplorer also provide an own disk validator and is able to correct the problem instandly.

If this is the point, it has nothing to do with Minimig programming, its normal AmigaOS handling.
If not, please describe the problem step by step ;)

I'm sure the adf file ended up corrupted. I've even changed core to verify.
Samething happened.
Anyway as I'll get to 'know' the minimig with other adf. (so far so good)

thanks for the effort.
