I've just make a build (untested on the Replay, but works ok in UAE) that you can download (about 1M)

http://www.evillabs.net/AROS/aros-m68k-2011-06-02.lha

In there, you'll find two .bin files, and one .adf.

You can either a) load the *-rom.bin file at 0xf80000 and the *-ext.bin file at 0xe00000 as your ROM images, and run AROS directly, or b) use any Kickstart 1.3 ... 3.1 to boot the *.adf file (which will, in turn, load AROS into RAM and soft-kick it).

This dont work at Minimig here. I only get a dark/bright yellow screen with blinking power-led.

You'll need to have at least 2M ChipRAM configured for 'just the ROM' and an additional 1M for the kick+bootdisk procedure.

Can you post any serial output between '[reset]' markers?

Even expanded 4MB Minimig board with 2.0MB CHIP and 1.5MB SLOW setting cant do this.

Kick 1.3 show a "Software failure - task held" requester after booting and loading of the packed adf image.
Kick 2.04 and higher act as described before (only yellow screen and reset loop).

There is no serial data dump to post. Seems AROS is refusing to work for me... ;)

I had to make some changes to HDD emulation code. Probably there are still some issues with interrupt handling.

Yes, the software generation of the interrupt has issues. I have done a hardware generation for the C-One a long time ago.
I will try to transfer the old VHDL Code into the minimig code.
